You can choose to place your order in US dollars or Hong Kong dollars, if your local currency is not one of the above, your order will be charged in US dollars at a competitive exchange rate.

When you place your order, available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout and costs will vary depending on the service selected. Normally standard delivery takes 3-10 days.

Normally import taxes and duties are automatically calculated and included in the total price of your order, but you may be required to pay VAT or local sales tax. Sales or use tax rates vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any untaxed purchases and pay the tax.

After shipping, we will send you a notification email to inform you that the order has been shipped. You can track your order through the link in the email, and you can also download or print the invoice through the link in the email.

If you wish to cancel your order after receiving order confirmation, you need to contact us and we will cancel your order immediately upon receipt of your request. If your order is already ready, we will not be able to cancel your order.
